Very comfortable and perfect breakfast

Pros: The hotel is very well located, close to the Castle and the old town. The staff was super useful and helped us to find our bus station. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable and the bath robes are cozy. We were assigned rooms connected to each other which was perfect with the children. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the even a a waffle machine where you can make your own waffles. I used the gym and was happy there is a bar to add weights on it. The sauna was just perfect. We are going back in a few days before flying home.

Cons: I couldn't get the phone from the sauna to reception to work but in the end I could find a way to turn the sauna on.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Food very good too. Lots of choice for breakfast. Great location with bus stop and tram line right across the road.

Pros: Room was impeccably clean. Beds were comfortable. Jugs for the water purifier in the alleyway. Ample space in the cabinets for clothes. There is a safe, a fridge and a TV that works well.

Cons: Only complaint would be that we got a room with a double bed instead of one with two single beds, but that is often due to inavailability.

Pros: Location is very good. It's just next to ICE of Krakow, which is convenient to attend the conference in ICE. The bus to and from airport (No. 300) is just nearby.

Overall good, I would go again.

Pros: Good hotel, not far from city centre. Very clean but sustainable.

Cons: Breakfast options were a bit poor. There was a waffle maker, which was a good idea but only one taking ages. Juice was like water.

2 night weekend trip

Pros: The room was clean and very comfortable, with a bath (much appreciated!). The location was slightly out of the historic centre, next to a tram stop. It's more business oriented, but it works perfectly well if you don't mind walking (and it has very good weekend deals).

Cons: No significant issues for a short, good value weekend stay.

Pros: Everything was very clean. The staff were all really helpful and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and well made. I used the on site parking as well, which made life much easier than parking in public. Overall one of the nicest hotel I have stayed in. 10/10
