Hotel CONRAD Comfort

Pros: I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, especially the Italian girl

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff, would stay again

Pros: Property was clean and well maintained, easy to find and kept warm despite the cold temperatures

Cons: The Italian restaurant didn’t have some dishes which I was slightly disappointed by, the food was reasonable for the cost of eating there.

Pros: The room was modernly furnished and clean. The staff were friendly. There is public transportation very close to the hotel, as well as a shop open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and a larger supermarket nearby.

Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel is not easy to find without navigation. The fridge in the room was rather small.

Such a great place to stay

Pros: For my first time in Poland I stayed here... The hotel is nice. Rooms are well layed out, and everything worked perfectly. The restaurant is really nice and the food was unbelievable. Staff are very friendly. As a first time explorer I was nervous of my stay, the receptionist who checked me in was wonderful. Full of tips and information. She went way above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. Cannot thank her enough..! I would recommend here highly. I will be back in the new year and will be booking here without a doubt.

Cons: Uber drivers struggle to find the property easily, however this is not the hotels fault. It is a Google maps issue.

Spacious, clean but not comfy pillows

Pros: Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff however pillows are extremely uncomfortable.

Cons: Uncomfortable pillows.

Good base for 2 nights Krakow.

Pros: Good and clean. Free parking. No fuzz. Water cooker. Lift. With Bolt you reach the old town for a few euro.

Cons: The description mentions a kitchenette. But there are zero utilities. If you ask for them, you get a minimal set. If you plan to use this, it is just for baking an egg of a microwave dish.

Comfortable hotel at Krakiw

Pros: Crowded roads are nearby, but if you don`t open the window, it won`t disturb you. Shopping mall, Lidl, IKEA in 10 minwalk if you need. The room is spotless, well-equipped, with variety of teabags as a hotel`s compliment. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Really relaxing beds with pillow choice. Nice bathroom, real mini kitchen inside. Free open-air and underground parking for the stay. If you need to leave the car for a couple of weeks, the hotel provides this option for an extra charge. The restaraunt cooks better a la carte than for breakfast. Breakfasts are not fantastic, but nutritious enough. Could recommend for short-term staying.

Cons: No green areas around, but I`m not sure that hotel`s owners could improve this issue.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, polite staff. Also free parking garage is amazing.

Highly recommend

Pros: Well adapted property, very clean, always had a parking spot. 24h reception desk. Breakfast at the bar was beautiful, great choice 😍

Pros: Good value, clean, actually very good location, if u like to walk 2km~ big supermarket nearby

Cons: Only 1 issue. Shower was leaking from sides.. 🙂 but towel on ground soaked water
