Pros: It was clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

Pros: Very friendly staff, good location, felt very safe

Cons: Rooms were not cleaned daily and needed change in rubbish bins, but overall was ok as I had plenty of towels

Comfortable hotel near old town

Pros: Very comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom and furniture.

Cons: Had to pay for breakfast which was a bit expensive. I thought it was included.

Value for money. Not too far from the center. Friendly staff.

Pros: My experience at Hotel Delta was great. Clean and good size room for one person. The hotel was very quiet during most of my stay. The buffet breakfast was value for money. The hotel is just a 20 minutes walk from the old town, which was absolutely not a problem for me, considering that the weather was warm enough during the day. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Viktoria in particular was full of information and recommendations! I will definitely consider staying at their hotel in the future.

Good value for reasonable price.

Pros: Room was nice, spacious and clean. Check in without problems, even when I arrived at 2 am.

Cons: Bathroom was clean, but there was weird smell in it. Mattrace cover had plastic in it, made rustling sounds every time I moved around.

Pros: This hotel is perfect. You can walk to Old Town in 15 minutes. Additionally, the hotel price is very reasonable and affordable, considering its room size and service. I recommend this hotel in Krakow.

Great stay, incredible price

Pros: Amazing hotel for its price. Traveling from Scandinavia, it was incredible to us how good the rooms were. Flat TVs, seperate beds, AC, decent bathroom, etc. Breakfast was very good. A big assortment of food for a smaller hotel and dining area, super impressive. There were sausage and onions, scrambled and fried eggs, several types of bread, \

Cons: The toilet seat was broken. We went in August and it got pretty warm in the room some evenings. Couldn't change AC options. Coffee machine didn't work, weird taste. One of the steps on the stairs to the dining room was a different height and I fell down one of the stairs... mostly my fault... :)

Great small comfortable hotel near city centre

Pros: Breakfast was very good, room comfortable with all amenities. Very good location, everything accessible by foot. Staff super friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend.

Pros: The location is excellent – easy access to many places, close to the Old Town and the main train station. Breakfast was decent; I could enjoy a relaxed meal before work with both hot and cold options. On request, the lady at the kitchen prepared a delicious scrambled egg for me, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and felt a bit cramped, but the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was fine, though also quite small. Cleaning was available upon request. Overall, a very good choice for 1–2 nights. Great value for the price. I will definitely come back during my next stay in Kraków.

Pleasant stay

Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. City centre only a little walk away with lots of charming cafes in the area.
