Pros: Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to the main square.

Cons: I only wish there was a TV in the room but that’s just personal preference. Loved all of it!

Hotel Alexander

Pros: The whole experience. This was my third stay as I find the staff very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is just the right distance from Krakow town centre.

Great location, amazing breakfast

Pros: Great location, within walking distance from Old Town and several restaurants nearby. The breakfast is just AMAZING with great variety. It was our favorite thing in this hotel. We also had a complementary pickup from the airport, which worked very well and was nice to have. Comfortable bed and great shower.

Cons: The room is bit small and the bed could be a little bigger as well. Sound isolation is not the best and we could hear people in the hallway as well as noise from the kitchen in the morning (our room was the closest one to the kitchen).

Beautiful place to stay at

Pros: Location great - 5 min by foot and you are in the hot spot. Nice personnel. Great breakfast buffet. Got parking too. Clean and functional room with some International tv Channels.

Cons: It is not the newest Building and interiors but great for leisure travelling

Pros: The hotel was well situated to the old town square with a short 5-10 minute walk. It was exceptionally clean. As we were in Krakow to celebrate our wedding anniversary the staff very kindly upgraded us to a premium room which was a very nice surprise.

Cons: The breakfast had all the basics, but I would love to have had more variety of hot food and some more bakery items such as croissants, muffins etc
