Pros: central location, easily reachable on foot, amazing variety of breakfast, a good hotel for only one person.

Great location, but dark rooms

Pros: We loved the location and the chic and cozy look of this boutique hotel, the decorated front doors that automatically open and the overall hallways and reception area with very friendly staff. We appreciated the crispy clean sheets, daily brief room cleaning and fresh water bottles that were always replaced in the evenings when we returned to the hotel.

Cons: A downside of our stay was that we specifically requested a room that is luminous since we read in the online reviews that rooms tend to be dark even during the day. We received room 17 and told it would be just like we want it but it was still dark because of the weird wall shape that was just in front of the window. From the pictures on Booking, there were other Standard Double Rooms that faced the front of the building, with bigger unobstructed windows, but I guess they are subject to availability, so we understood there was a risk of not receiving one. Therefore, as much as I wanted, I dont know if I would chose this hotel again because of this. Another downside was the bathroom sink which is very small - I splashed water on my socks each time I washed my face or brushed my teeth.

Pros: 100% recommended hotel in Krakow. Very well maintained and super clean, rooms are comfortable and the bed is really good, slept so good. Location is perfect, right in the center of old town. Breakfast was great, a lot of choice and everything fresh. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Definitely my place for the next stay in Krakow.

Pros: I loved my stay here. From the moment I arrived the staff greeted me so kindly, I was able to check in early which was a lovely surprise and my room surpassed expectations by being very spacious, clean and well decorated. Throughout my stay the hotel was quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveller, particularly with such great staff downstairs. The location is good - a short walk away is the tram which can take you to all the tourist spots and the main square is close by. I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly for solo travellers or those who want a more quiet stay as it’s such a lovely place.
