Would 100% recommend

Pros: Staff were fantastic and always helpful. The food was brilliant and the location was great. Only a short walk to the centre of the old town and a good base for exploring the city.

Cons: Its not a dislike at all, the Facilities are standard but its a city hotel so you cant expect a 50m rooftop swimming pool can you.

Pros: The hotel is extremely nice and everything looks brand new. Our room was nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom, all of which was spotless. We were upgraded to a slightly bigger room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. It was a good location, being a 10 minute walk to the city centre.

Excellent hotel, quiet location

Pros: Good location. The hotel is located in a quiet area, within walking distance of various attractions. The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and varied. Quiet and peaceful hotel. Customer service was friendly.

Cons: A small minus was the pillow selection of the room. There were several pillow options, but at least in our room the pillows were either too thin or too thick. It would also be good if there had been bathrobes in the room.
