Short stay with family in Krakow

Pros: Good room standard, well balanced with price. Hotel is well located 15 min walk from Wavel castle and 10 min from main square. Zabka convenience store and few restaurants (including one directly in the hotel) in 200m diameter. Parking directly in the premises, for relatively good price.

Cons: Breakfast choice could be better for the price paid. Hotel is a bit of a maze, but you will get used to it.

Comfortable traditional polish hotel close to the Stare Miasto.

Pros: Excellent location at border of pedestrian area very close to central old market square. Traditional hotel structure. Plenty shower hot water. Convenient internal parking, although limited to number of places. H24 reception. Last but not least perfect cappuccino !

Cons: It is not a modern hotel but a traditional polish one. For me it is perfect as it is.

Pros: Fantastic location, very close to the old town without being right on top of it.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind

Pros: I really liked the location of the hotel and staffs helpfulness and flexibility, absolutely recommend to friends who would go there.

Cons: The breakfast unfortunately was subpar. The coffee was undrinkable bad, and the scrambled eggs where made out of egg powder and I assume even the cheap one of that, which is more to the restaurant that is doing the catering and not the hotel it self. Full of sugar like cake and brownie but not a decent egg, sausage or bacon which after visiting many hotels in many countries on many levels, this was disappointing so much that on the 2nd day of my booking I rather went out to have a good breakfast somewhere else.

The location in the city center and the availability of parking are the main advantages

Pros: The hotel has a good location, practically in the city center, yet the room is quite quiet. There's a small parking lot in front of the hotel, which is very important in central Krakow. The reception staff was pleasant. The room was clean. There is bottled water and a kettle.

Cons: There's no elevator, so getting up to the floor with heavy luggage can be tricky. The bed isn't very comfortable and isn't very stable. There are no slippers. The breakfast is weak, with virtually no choice.

Pros: Location, friendly staff. Room is a bit noisy, not too much though.

Cons: Tight parking spots.

A good overall experience in this hotel, requires a slight attention to detail.

Pros: Very clean and large room, that comes with all you need, including coffee making facilities in room. The reception was quite helpful, making sure we get a packed breakfast one of the days since we were going to an early excursion. Breakfast options are average.

Cons: The hotel is a bit old and a renovation will give a better product to the tourist. The breakfast room is in the hotel restaurant which is an Asian restaurant, which are synonymous with the specific spicey smell that is not compatible with the served breakfast food.

Great small and friendly hotel only 21 rooms

Pros: Breakfast buffet was good and staff very friendly, room was clean and recently refurbished. Reception staff especially Daria were very friendly and helpful at all times and found some headphones of mine when cleaning in final day and gave them to me before we left.

Pros: The hotel was central. It is comfortable and value for money. The staff at the reception was very helpful.

Cons: The bath in the bathroom was too high to get in and out. The smell from the restaurant was too strong.

Pros: The location was ideal. Everyday we were offered complimentary water bottles, and overall there was the cozy feeling in the room and at the location in general.
