Fab hotel and lovely ataff

Pros: The location was great. Only a short walk to the old town and the castle was at the end of the road. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast is ok and simple. The room was lovely. There was a leak in the roof and they immediately moved us to another room. Outstanding customer service

Pros: Location was great, Hotel is very old but room sizes were good, plenty of space in bathroom and bedroom, Receptionists were fantastic, Only down side is that there was a lot of black mould on the bathroom walls which could easily be removed with bleach. Great breakfast with plenty of choice.

Couldn’t have wished for better!

Pros: Smallish, characterful hotel, perfect location half-way between castle and main square (10 mins walk in either direction). Quiet location. Super-friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. All spoke fluent English - thank you Aleksandra and all your colleagues. Rooms spacious. Comfy beds. Brilliant buffet breakfast. Also, didn’t know it when we got hotel to book in advance for Auschwitz/Birkenau & Salt Mine trip, the hotel is the pick-up/drop-off point – very convenient (and they’ll provide packed lunch if an early start).

Cons: Nothing.

Great location, staff and comfortable

Pros: Location and staff were great. Our tour started earlier than planned which meant we missed breakfast in hotel. Manager made us a pack lunch!! Also manager made us feel very welcome and gave us great information about krakow.

Perfect Location

Pros: The hotel's location is ideal—very close to the old town and everything is within walking distance. The room was nice and comfortable, and the bathroom as well. We had an issue with the shower, but it was resolved the same day we reported it. The breakfast was nothing special, just the basics. Because of the location, I would choose it again if I visit Kraków.

Cons: At times, a faint odor was noticeable in the room, possibly related to the plumbing system
