Great

Pros: Breakfast was delicious, hotel reception staff were v helpful and friendly. Excellent location, close to the Main Square.

Cons: Would be nice to have additional blankets or an extra quilt in the room

Pros: Great location in old town. friendly and helpful staff. Room was perfect, had everything we needed. Quirky breakfast room. Prosecco bar was great with delicious seafood. Would love to stay again.

comfortable hotel in a good location - good value for money -and I would book this hotel again.

Pros: The location was great inthe centre of the old town and easy to walk from the hotel to main sites and attractions. friendly staff and we were able to check in early. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.

Cons: The bathroom shower head needed fixing, but it didnt stop is showering (just very wet floor).

Pros: Excellent location in the old town, short walk to the main square and Christmas Markets, and in the other direction a short walk to the Wawel Castle. Many, many excellent restaurants and cafes around, and lots of historical attractions...too many! Breakfast is in a 16th century basement, very clean and dry, no musty smells, very cute! And the breakfast food is great, huge selection. The staff were very nice and helpful, and it was great to have them arrange our airport transfers and several guided tours beforehand. Highly recommend!
