Sereno Apartments

Pros: Great location, staff was wonderful, bed was comfy. High floor so the view was also nice.

Cons: Bedsheet had weird dark stains on it.

Our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely visit again.

Pros: The location was very good, just a short five minute walk from old town.

Cons: The floor had not been either hoovered or mopped as you could feel the dirt when walking without shoes. The fridge lacked shelves. The heater in the room worked for the first night and then not for the rest of the stay but luckily there was a plug in electric heater in the room. We were not told how to get access to the hostel reception to pick up the keys for the apartment but we eventually gained entry by pressing a few numbers on the intercom system.

Great location for a short break

Pros: The apartment was located in a great location and close to the centre, parks and restaurants. We managed to walk to most places on our itinerary. It was great value for money, and our room was very spacious.

Cons: There wasn't enough towels - only one each, the same with the pillows - they were more like cushions and not soft. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was okay, but not great especially the floor and the bathroom floor and wall tiles.

Pros: For the very reasonable price, it was a lot more spacious than I was expecting and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with easy transport links just a few minutes walk from the old town main square where all of the restaurants and bars were easily accessible.

Cons: Only very minor things but considering the affordable price I wouldn’t mark down for them. I did find the apartment door a little tough to close and lock but I did manage.

Nice place, for a value for money stay in Krakow I would stay there again!

Pros: Cozy rooms, in a nice location for a good amount of money

Cons: The floor was a little bit squeaky and the walls weren’t so soundproof, but it wasn’t so important at all.

Pros: fresh, looks like clean, located in city center, silence

Cons: there is not elevator. so if your room in 4th floor you need to spend more effort to reach your room :)

Pros: Good location. Very clean and easy enough to find. Great value for money.

Cons: The electricity went off one day, but was fixed later on in the evening.

It was brilliant

Pros: The price was amazing and it was so easy to get ubers from just outside the accommodation . We stayed in the queen room so we had a lovely bathroom inside our room too .

Cons: There is no lift so we had to go up a lot of stairs every time

Pros: The room was very cosy and had the utilities to prepare a quick breakfast - all that was missing was the food, but I did not expect it, nor did I miss it.

Cons: The walls are too thin! I was waken up around 5am by another traveller leaving the set of rooms (all of them were facing a common corridor). Really, a top stay for students and solo travellers for a couple of nights, if it were more noise-insulated.
