Comfortable with a large living area.

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable area. Location was good only a quick walk into the main square.

Cons: Was a slight problem with the bedding but it was soon sorted when we contacted the owner.

Pros: Very clean room, perfect location and easy access at night to the property

Pros: Perfectly placed for access to the main square. Very large apartment, very clean, always warm, just perfect.

Cons: No negatives at all.

Pros: Staff were friendly, it was clean, quiet, had everything we needed including clean towels, it was in walking distance to Old Town, The Ghetto, the main train station.

Cons: We were on top floor and there was no elevator, this was okay on a normal day but after being on our feet sight seeing, it was difficult to climb flights of stairs. However, saying this.. we would stay here again.

Pros: Lovely, comfortable, affordable apartment near Planty Park and less then 10 minutes walk to square in old town.

Cons: Shower wasn't great but nothing to complain about.

Pros: Cosy, spacious apartment. Well equipped with kitchen appliances, comfortable sofa and an arm chair.

Cons: Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was no lifts provided. Whilst this was OK for me it was a bit challenging for my father who is much older and is a bit poorly. This information should be included in the booking.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable - No Lift

Pros: Amazing apartment. Perfect location. Clean, comfortable, etc. Vheck in and out instructions were clear and communication was very good.

Cons: The only thing we weren't expecting was there to be no lift and our apartment be on the top floor - we (or rather my other half had to carry our suitcases up to the top - 4th floor.) I'm not sure if this is standard across Poland with the buildings being older, as this was also the case somewhere else we stayed. However, perhaps it should be noted in the listing for cases of mobility issues, etc.

We had a lovely stay and would come back again.

Pros: The location was great, so close to the old square, easy to access.

Cons: We had room on a top floor and although there was a fan and portable air cone it was still hot.

Great location for a family to stay and explore krakow.

Pros: Very spacious property for a family of 5 which was in a great location just outside the planty. Great location for shops, bakeries and a great local market which was also close to the train and bus stations and a short walk into the centre of krakow.
