Amber apartment Krakow

Pros: Rooms well prepared, all left nice and tidy for our arrival. Also, a nice little treat was left for each of us, a nice little gesture. The gentleman on their phone line was very helpful when we struggled to find our room in the apartment.

Cons: Staff forgot about the car park refund which meant to be left on our arrival as agreed (but in all fairness it was sorted out before our check out). I wanted to extend check out hours slightly far in advance but there was no such option, which is quite helpful if you are flying out late on the day. The message with direction to the room wasn't very clear. Facilities listed weren't all matching expectations (garden furniture listed led me to believe there is a garden, which would be helpful as we had a couple of smoking family members, which wasn't the case as we were on the first floor). There were 3 TV's in the rooms, 1st had to be unplugged to switch off, 2nd played sound but not the picture, 3rd one was working fine.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Czyściutko. Fajnie zaopatrzone kuchnie - miło się było napić herbatki po podróży. Wysokie pokoje, dużo miejsc do spania. Doskonały kontakt z Gospodarzem.

Cons: Wejście do apartamentu trochę skomplikowane ale Gospodarz wysłał instrukcję ze zdjęciami. Widok z okna na bardzo wąski dziedziniec może ciut przytłaczać.

Pros: Ubytovanie sa nam páčilo Výborné vybavenie kuchynky, priestor dostatočný pre väčšiu rodinku, výborná poloha blízko mesta, taktiež parkovanie blízko ubytovania. V blízkosti sa dá nakúpiť, na vedľajšej ulici je obchod s pečivom. Pár metrov sú zastávky verejnej dopravy.

Pros: Kód ke všem dveřím... super! Klíč od pokoje ve dveřích a u dveří schránka na klíče s kódem. Naprosto bezvadné!

Pros: Lo mejor la ubicación: cerca de la estación de tren y bus y del centro!! 10 minutos andando a todo

Cons: Todo el mundo tenía acceso al hall de dentro porque es el mismo código para todo el mundo… entró una persona por error a casa, diría que tiene poca seguridad en ese sentido, sería conveniente que cambiasen el código de alguna puerta.

Très agréable mais un peu petit...

Pros: L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, proche du centre, et de la gare centrale. La propreté et la modernité des logements.

Cons: Pour les groupes, il faut savoir que 2 appartements sont réunis mais que du coup il manque une grande pièce de vie pour manger. La literie n'est pas exceptionnelle.
