Pros: Just a few minutes from the old town with plenty of small shops and cafes nearby. The room was quite spacious and service was good.

Cons: A minor detail, but the furniture in the room felt a bit worn.

Wonderful short break

Pros: The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were amazing, Sofia in particular, she had to deal with some awful guest (a large extended family with the no manners) and she handled them very well. The gym, normally hotel gyms are dreadful, but this one was quite good. The equipment was a little dated but it a good choice with plenty of room to move around. Our flights were delayed by a day due to fog and we went straight back to this hotel even though the airline would have provided a different one at no cost.

Cons: The behaviours of other guest, especially towards the staff in the exceptionally busy breakfast room. Farmyard animals would behave better!

Totally satisfied, perfect location

Pros: Excellent, food was good, service was amazing. Went the extra mile on requests for certain egg dishes at breakfast.

Cons: Service at the bar was slow.

It was an absolutely amazing stay and we will definitely be back

Pros: Everything about this hotel was excellent from the staff to the room to the location, the staff were all very friendly from the moment we arrived, a special mention to Marta she was a diamond she was so helpful and gave us additional info on places to go and see and places to eat when checking us in also every time she was working at the desk she said good morning or good evening and asked if we had a good day, the room was so clean and if we needed any additional stuff for the room it was no problem at all. The location is perfect it’s a 3 minute walk to the main krakow square plenty of shops and restaurant around a tram stop outside the door. I can’t speak on the food as we never had it but we did go in for a look and it looked good
