Perfect upper class stay and cosy atmosphere!

Pros: Excellent location, easy to drive there and with safe parking! Hotel staff was very kind and helpful! We even entered the room earlier without payment :) Breakfast was great, we liked the varity very much! The dinner was tasty, waiters were smiling and very nice atmosphere! Gym was great!

Cons: The wellness area was a little tight in sauna and a few more beds would be great, but in all, it was nice can cosy!

We loved it all

Pros: Rooms were a good size and lovely view from out grand deluxe, clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was brilliant, great range of food and all prepared very well. Other food was good in both restaurants and it was very useful how they served so late. It would have been nice to have a few more English channels on the tv but that’s only a minor fact.

The whole stay was great from start to finish and would definitely go back

Pros: We first went to the Sheraton in 2020 and booked again this year not knowing they had a refurbishment done in the foyer and bar areas so was pleasantly surprised how nice it was.

Cons: We found nothing to complain about.

Pros: Excellent location,perfect base for visiting Krakow.Good ,varied breakfast,nice pool/sauna/jacuzzi to use.Surprise birthday cake which was unexpected,nice gesture.Will deff.stay here again when coming back to Krakow.
