It’s an excellent hotel to stay in Krakow!I’d highly recommend it

Pros: I’ve liked the whole hotel : it’s located in a quiet place, in a short walk to the central city, the room is really good, with spacious enough, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good.The team from reception are very friendly and helpful! They’ve helped a lot!

Pros: The hotel's location is very good, Wawel Castle 10 minutes, Old Market Square 15 minutes on foot, very good breakfast, friendly service, warm rooms despite the fact that it was freezing outside

Cons: The cozy room was very small for two people. Maybe it was my fault that I didn't read the square footage. If you're looking for more space, I recommend booking a larger room. While at the airport on my way to Krakow, I received a message that they were changing my hotel for one night because they were overbooked and there was no room. After two days of staying, I asked for the room to be cleaned. Only the towels were replaced, and the two glasses we drank from were still dirty. Overall, the stay was a success, but the price was too high for the size of the room we had.

Excellent location

Pros: Warm and cosy bedroom. Compact. Quiet hotel. Great location; close to the old town. Close to bus stop with a direct route to and from the airport.

Cons: The room was too warm; it was difficult to operate the control.

Fab Hotel

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to supermarkets, transport and only a 10 minute walk to the main square. The hotel and the room we stayed in was modern, spotless and cozy with everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the bathroom with its heated floor and rain shower. The staff were so friendly and helpful they made you feel so welcome. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cons: There could have been a little more choice with the food but the food that was available was delicious.

Was a lovely stay and couldn't of stayed in a better hotel , was perfect

Pros: Perfect location to explore . Clean comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Very modern hotel with lots of little touches like complimentary bottles of water in room . Mini fridge. Food was outstanding. I would go to stay again . Would highly recommend.

Cons: Not one thing I could say I didn't like .
