Nice hotel, in beautiful Krakow.

Pros: Nicely located, well equiped hotel in Krakow. Good breakfast. We arrived at midnight so the 24 hrs service desk was a strong argument to choose this hotel. Plain hotel, they have a sauna, but no further wellness facilities.

Cons: There was a small administrative mix-up on a paid-for room upgrade at arrival, that was solved quickly. And I thought I choose the option including the breakfast but seemed to have made a mistake. So be sure on what you book.

Beautiful property & experience

Pros: Cozy hotel, very well located, within several minutes' walking distance from Krakow Main Square. A well supplied supermarket is located right across the street, if needed. A bit further down the same street there is an exchange office, as well (with good rates, from what I managed to compare, the closer I got to the city centre). The hotel restaurant, located just next door, has amazing Italian dishes, everything is delicious and tasty - I had each of my 3 dinners here, and highly recommend it. The room was very spacious, the bed and pillows comfortable, the bathroom well equipped - also greatly appreciated that the shower cabin was perfectly sealed, no leaks whatsoever (I rarely came across this). Check-in & check-out went on quickly and smoothly.

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind, I absolutely loved it here. Many thanks to the staff for everything!

A great stay in a super location. Highly recommend.

Pros: Great hotel, in a really good location. Team were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The front desk answered any questions that we had and provided information on questions that we had about Krakow. The room itself was very comfortable and quiet during the night. The team made my room up every day, even when I hadn’t requested this, which was great. Lovely powerful shower too. We had breakfast at the hotel on our last morning and it was great value with so much choice. The hotel kindly stored our luggage after we checked out in the morning, until we returned to collect it later on in the day for our flight home. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Hotel 32!!

Convenient location and nicely designed room.

Pros: The staff at the hotel were friendly, particularly the ladies. The room was great, the bed was comfy, and the room looked lovely. The location was great, it was on a tram line and was also a short walk to the old town. I really enjoyed my stay. Having a restuarant next door was handy when I didn't feel like going out into the town.

Cons: Nothing major - the carpet in the hallways looked a little in need of replacement, but don't let that put you off as the room seemed quite recently renovated and was lovely.

Pros: The room size was very generous. Prime location. I would repeat in this hotel for sure.

Cons: The property managers had scheduled for the carpets to be replaced in the hallways which was quite loud but this was completed through the day so there was no disruption to our sleep thankfully
