Would love to stay in Hotel Kossak again

Pros: Location was perfect 10min walk to old town. Breakfast selection was brilliant. Quality of food excellent. Coffee was lovely. Rooms were comfortable, cosy, warm. Staff were friendly, helpful.

Cons: View from our room. Couldn't open window for fresh air, to air the room.

Lovely for a few days in Krakow

Pros: The location was very good, the room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast should have had more variety especially in the savoury department. Also the shower head couldn't stay up.

Great weekend getaway!

Pros: Great breakfast to start the day. Room was cosy, clean and a lovely big bath!

Cons: Front entrance isn’t particularly obvious, the main road outside is quite loud but not a major issue.

Pros: This is hotel is top with a great restaurant and a very good breakfast offer. The view from the restaurant over Krakow when havinf dinner is absolutely worth dinning in the Kossak hitel

Good hotel, very good location

Pros: Staff was helpful, room was spacious, good smell. Sauna was great! Breakfast was okay - not special. not much noise from outside.

Cons: Breakfast should be more varied, no porridge example. But was okay for three days

Absolutely wonderful!

Pros: Staff couldn’t do enough for us!! So polite, helpful and welcoming. They had a birthday cake waiting in the room for my partner. They make the hotel!

Cons: Due to the location, Saturday night revellers were outside at 4am and very loud.
