A very comfortable and pleasant stay, but no reception facilities and early departure time (10.00am)

Pros: I didn't have beakfast. No breakfast provided. The room was very comfortable with good facilities. It was very well located for the city centre. Excellent value for money.

Cons: The booking site did not make it clear that there would be no reception at the hotel. All done by e-mail and codes for entry. This could cause problems if for some reason you don't have internet access. It should be more clearly stated on the Booking.com site.

Good for a short stay

Pros: Room was bright and clean. Bathroom was modern and the shower was easy to use. Great central location with lots of restaurants, bars and shops around. 20 min walk to the castle and 5 min from the main square.

Cons: Breakfast restaurant wasn't on site or next door as advertised. The stairs were uneven and rickety. No staff on site to help with anything. Heating didn't work either.

Liked my stay a lot

Pros: The host was friendly, well-disposed and helpful. Big and comfy bed The room is small, but stylish and full of light. Great location. Super-easy check-in I did love the place and will return

Cons: The internet connection was quite weak in my room. As I walked with my phone to identify the perfect place for catching a strong signal for an online call, I think it's better in other rooms.

Pros: The location was amazing you only communicate with staff thru email but was always quick response there was kettle fridge etc in the room so perfect for family there was 3 adults in our room

Cons: The room was very cold couldn't get heating to work did email to say I tried to get it on we slept in jumpers and blocked up under windows and doors to try stop the draft but it was still extremely cold but the good points of location etc out weighed the bad maybe manual to show if heating etc not working would be helpful in the room
