Great stay

Pros: 24h check in, good information sent to the guests with all the nessesery things, good facilities, excellent location in the heart of Kraków but not too expensive but really quiet so no interrupted sleep.

Cons: No double bed in our room but 2 single beds joined together, no place to put your shower gel and shampoo

Great location!

Pros: Location is perfect, the old town is just a few minutes away! Beds are comfortable.

Cons: The sink in the bathroom is super small and a small towel would be really needed to step out of the shower. The whole bathroom floor was wet like this!

I would highly recommend, if the carpet is exchanged

Pros: Great location, high ceilings, beautiful windows and view.

Cons: The carpet was in a horrible state, it needs to be changed immediately. There were stains everywhere, from people walking in shoes and different spillages. This type of carpet (color and fluffiness) is not suitable for a rental property.

Pros: The location was amazing, right in the Old Town. The room is stylish, very comfy and cozy. The facilities are clean and check-in check out processes are easy.

Cons: The fridge in the room was very loud, it was harder to fall asleep.
