Pros: The location is perfect The communication on their provided number is very quick The apartment was clean and big

Cons: At first there were problems with the hot water and the steam of the apartment but after the communication with the provider everything was normal. Slow WIFI The seperation between the two rooms is not good

Pros: Great location- in the heart of the city centre, clean, comfortable flat, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen ,smart TV, plenty of clean towels,, good communication with staff.

Cons: Pillows too flat- need to be changed..

Great location, value for money property for a city break.

Pros: The location is on a little street just off the main square. Ideal for a city break, with good links and easy to nip in and out during the day.

Cons: We have booked for the maximum number of occupants meaning that we would be using the sofa beds as well as the beds. This incurred an additional cost however when we arrived just after midnight the sofa beds were not set up and ready to use. Luckily there were extra bed sheets available so we used those. It would have been nice if these were ready for us.

The apartment played a big part in our very enjoyable first visit to Krakow. We will return.

Pros: Location was perfect for walking around the Old City. Very handy for coach tours and trains. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within a minutes walk. It was perfect for our requirements.

Pros: Posizione centrale, a due passi dalla piazza. Letti comodi, fornita del necessario per un piacevole soggiorno.

Cons: Bagno da rimodernare. Assenza di bagnoschiuma. Phone rotto.

Geras pasirinkimas keturių asmenų kompanijai.

Pros: Puiki vieta, pačiame centre. Malonūs žmonės registratūroje. Paslaugus personalas. Parašius, kad trūksta puodelių, jie buvo iškart pristatyti į apartamentus.

Cons: Apartamentai pilnai pritaikyti keturiems žmonėms, o ne šešiems. Net atsisėsti prie stalo buvo tik 4 kėdės. Taurių taip pat neužteko šešiems, beveik visos buvo skirtingos ir skirtingų dydžių. Žodžiu, indais aprūpinti reiktų geriau. Smulkmenos, kurios šiek tiek gadino viešnagę.

Very pleasant. When next time in Krakow, we'll try to stay there again.

Pros: Great location, spacious apartment. Clean, has everything one needs. Comfortable beds. I guess some might find it very loud as there is a pub in the inner yard, but it really didn't bother us and our little kids slept through the noise as well without any problems.
