Luxury in the Heart of the Old Town

Pros: I chose this accommodation mainly because of the location. In less than a minute you are on the main Rynok square. And the entire center, including the castle, is within reach. So you are in the middle of the action and close to all shops, local food, great restaurants and cafes. The room had everything you needed. The advantage is that although you enter the building from a relatively busy street, the apartment is quiet because it is located in the courtyard. The proximity of the bus and train stations is within 15 min walk. I must not forget the good and prompt communication with the owner during the stay. I even forgot my wedding ring in the room at the end along with another ring. I realized it too late. The owner immediately contacted the cleaning service, the rings were found. And then he sent them to me by registered mail to another country, beautifully packaged. I appreciate this very much.

Cozy, well-located stay in the heart of Kraków’s Old Town!

Pros: We loved the cozy, home-like feeling — perfect for a weekend stay. The apartment was well equipped with a great kitchen and everything we needed. The atmosphere in the Old Town was magical in December with the Christmas market and the location made it easy to walk everywhere nearby.

Cons: The bed was a bit small for two taller men and may not be ideal for guests over 195 cm.

Would stay here again next time in krakow!

Pros: The flat is very clean, cute and it is great for one person or a couple. It makes me feel like at home.

Cons: There was no hot water when I arrived and since I arrived late, no one could fix it. It appeared that someone turned off the boiler. It was fixed very quickly once the customer service answered my message in the morning. It's a pity I had to leave less than an hour later. I have not been apologised for this mistake so I requested partial refund. I was offered a fracture of the final booking at the end. With all the positive of this place, I will still recommend it.

Great apartment in the old town of Krakow

Pros: The apartment was clean, stylish and in a good location. It was compact but very comfortable with courtyard view. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was warm and had plenty of storage and hanging space.

Cons: Although the apartment inside was as per the photos the location was different to where I thought it was as the photo suggested a green building but this was the other apartment. There were several doors to navigate to get into the apartment. The apartment was advertised as having toiletries but only very small amount of hand soap was provided. I hadn’t taken any as travelling with a carry on bag so this was disappointing.

Cons: Not suitable for more than 4 people. Only one bathroom and toilet. No lift 3rd floor.
