Pros: A wonderful location with a good View to the river and awesome boardwalk. The personal is very polite. A good place to start the sightseeing in Krakow. Thanks to the team of Hotel pod wawelem.

The hotel was close to the old town so it was perfect.

Pros: The breakfast was nice and the room was clean. Everything was fine .

Cons: I would prefer one bigger blanket instead of two small ones on the bed.

Fantastic hotel, Great views, Excellent staff.

Pros: Staff in the hotel were excellent really welcoming and helpful suggesting places to see and were a pleasure to speak to everyday. The hotel is situated in an excellent spot next to the river and Castle meaning you can't see lots of sites with only 10 to 15 mins walk. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff. The roof top bar gives fabulous views of Krakow. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Cons: Nothing I have no complaints at all about this hotel and would definitely choose for a future stay in Krakow

Pros: Amazing location with a really nice rooftop restaurant!

Cons: Had issues with the heating in the room but the staff managed to resolve it pretty quickly and were super kind.

Pros: Breakfast was very delicious. Good location from the main square. From Wavel tram station, 8 minutes walking. Calm and peace area, even not far away from the city center.

Cons: Room No.201's toilet was not good. In order to flush the toilet, we had to push the flush button strongly. I hope the hotel would fix the toilet very soon.
