Balthazar Design Hotel

Beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Thought the hotel and staff were excellent, very clean and comfortable hotel with beautiful decor. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons: My only negative point, their was no bar, however if their was I might not have left the hotel!

Pros: Great location, walking distance from everything. Boutique feel, with lovely breakfast.

Cons: A bar area where you could go for pre evening drinks would be nice.

Bijou hôtel very close to centre.

Pros: Location fantastic, atmosphere and design fantastic, staff fantastic. Bed and especially pillows not so comfortable. Room too hot at night and air con. didn’t seem to work. We didn’t book breakfasts as we tend to skip them at home. We ate in the Fiorentina and found it exquisite, but perhaps an overpriced offering company with the hotel.

Cons: Firmer pillows. Lighter duvet given overall room warmth. Otherwise lovely. Would go back.

Fabulous hotel & staff!

Pros: Beautifully decorated, boutique hotel, situated close to the main square in Krakow. Staff went above & beyond, to make our stay comfortable.

Cons: We have no negative feedback regarding the property.

Elegant and sumptuous stay in the heart of Old City

Pros: Decoration stunning , colourful , comfortable . Like a jewel box! Staff absolutely incredible : charming , thoughtful , kind , efficient . Perfection!

Spectacular hotel

Pros: Amazing stay with a truly beautiful room. Loved hearing the classical music being played underneath my window each night. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

I would go back again anytime.. it's location is perfect and the area is very lively and safe.. got chocolate and biscuits on arrival and I went for Christmas so got a surprise goodie box as a Christmas present.. very thoughtful and loved the personal touch

My favourite hotel on this European adventure

Pros: Absolutely everything! The room was extremely comfortable and the decor beautiful. So many special small thoughtful touches - fudge on a wooden leaf, a card with the next days weather forecast, and a amaretto and biscotti was a lovely welcome treat when I arrived. The view from the room was magical, with the sounds of an opera singer wafting up, or a violinist playing below, and the constant buzz of people walking up and down the street to the main square or to the Walwel Castle just around the corner. The soundproofing of the windows was perfect and I at night when I closed my windows I had the most wonderful sleep. The location was perfect everything in walking distance the staff could not do enough. They were so helpful in organising train tickets. Anything I needed was always supplied with a smile.

Amazing hotel in heart of Krakow

Pros: We arrived and were greeted by reception team who were friendly and helpful. The design throughout the hotel is absolutely delightful so much detail has gone into providing a comfortable stay. Thank you for all the chocolate treats left in our room. Also for the bubbles left to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. If you are visiting Krakow I would certainly recommend a stay here. Good location for sightseeing too ☺️
