5 star comfort and attentiveness from start to finish.

Pros: The hotel was exceptional clean with hugely accommodating staff. The location was perfect.

Cons: We liked it all...tramline a little noisy but thats not hotels issue.

Pros: Central between old town, market square and Jewish Quarter

Cons: Huge disappointment that the only bar turned into a very busy disco on Friday and Saturday nights. Therefore, no smart area to have an evening/night-time drink.

Very highly recommended.

Pros: The location, restaurant, spa, gym, pool and rooms were all first class. All the reception staff, but especially Maciej ( who couldn't have been more helpful and supportive) were exceptional and deserve much praise.
