Pros: Clean ,warm and friendly hotel great location, Beds comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection something for everyone. Staff very friendly and helpful

Pros: We managed to book a room at the last minute due to our flight being cancelled. Staff were very friendly abd accommodating. Our room was comfortable and warm. Breakfast was included which was nice.

Worth the money, good location

Pros: The location, breakfast and the shower. A lot of nice places around and quite close where to have a very good dinner or lunch.

Cons: Pillows were too large and not very comfy.

Pros: When we arrived we received a room in the attick and it was cold, but I asked to change it and the staff was very nice and understanding and they changed it with another room near the reception (there wasn't noise to disturb our sleep though).The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable. Good and diverse breakfast. The location is 25 minutes by foot to the old town, but in the surroundings there are a lot of bars, restaurants and pubs. Everything was perfect and I would definetely recommend this hotel. Thank you! ❤️.

Perfect little holiday

Pros: The hotel was warm, clean and welcoming. The room was comfortable and cozy. The staff were lovely and helpful. I couldnt have had a nicer stay.

A very pleasant hotel indeed, I would return 100%

Pros: Breakfast was very tasty and a large spread which was varied each day, i particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs and liver pate. The hotel room was quite large and was spotlessly clean, same with bathroom/toilet. Beds were changed daily and also very comfortable. I am not sure where some people get the idea that the furnishings are dated, i personally like the non modern looking aspect, all fittings and furniture looks very high quality and is also immaculate. A very comfortable stay indeed The staff from the reception desk to the cleaning ladies were all very pleasant too

Cons: A fridge in the room would be nice

Enjoyed our stay in Krakow

Pros: Hotel was clean, comfortable and good value for money. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Location was good, 15-20 minute walk to the main square.

Cons: Bit noisy at night outside.
