Hotel Perfect

Very nice hotel in good location

Pros: The rooms and the location was perfect, also the reception staff was very serviceminded. We did not include breakfast due to price level, it was better to eat breakfast elsewhere in nice coffeeshops/bakeries. All in all, we would choose this hotel again and can recommend it.

Cons: Cleaning was ok but could be improved. The bathroom had remaining hairs etc from previous guest and refilling coffee was missed one day (however reception sent coffee quick when we reminded)

Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Krakow and would recommend to friends!
