Great trip in a lovely hotel

Pros: Fantastic location Comfy beds Powerful shower Tea coffee water replenished every day Room cleaned every day

Cons: Windows were a bit draughty Single beds quite narrow (but comfy!) Could do with a bit of modernisation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back

Pros: The location is for us excellent right in the heart of Kazimierz. We didn't have breakfast. The room was large, warm and very clean. It had a fridge, tea and coffee facilities and a safe. Our room also had a balcony but as it was January we didn't use it. The bathroom was warm and clean with a good shower.

Cons: A smaller pin code to access the property and room would be better as it was difficult to remember.

Pros: Superbe location and uncomplicated Check-in. Very caring staff.

Awesome hotel

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect!! Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Everyone was always ready to help with anything we needed, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, everything was flawless, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Pros: Excellent value for money, big plus for having a single room instead of needing to book a twin/double for a solo trip. Staff were very helpful. Amazing location, within walking distance to most tourist attractions but not so central as to be overcrowded. Very cosy atmosphere. Appreciate the closed wardrobe with hangers and the option to forego daily changing of towels, which I find wasteful. Water bottle + coffe/tea is a nice bonus :)

Cons: The bathroom was a bit dated, particularly when it comes to the shower - the doors didn’t function smoothly, and there was a small hole in the bath mat. Lighting was dim unless sat directly next to the desk lamp, so not ideal for working or reading. However, these are no big issues for the price.

Pros: The location is great. When you step outside the hotel, you are in the middle of Kazimierz. Also the staff and breakfast is pros of the hotel.

Pros: Good-sized room and good location. Had air conditioning and everything I needed

Cons: Would have been nicer to have a larger duvet covering the whole width of the bed

Pros: Everything! The reception goes out of their way to help you. The room was perfectly laid out and insanely comfortable! The breakfast lady was both distractingly and shockingly gorgeous 😍 and very welcoming, and breakfast was superb if not extensive in choice
