Good location and fantastic room

Pros: Good location and friendly staff Room was big and very comfortable

Cons: There was a lot of outside noise on one night, which isn't a fault of the hotel but related to its proximity to bars/clubs, and our room being at the front of the hotel and on first floor.

Highly recommend this great hotel for family stay in a fabulous location. Spotless &comfortable.

Pros: breakfast excellent. location, food and staff excellent. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the staff were very friendly and accomodating at all times

Cons: Strange pillows,very flat. The room set up for two adults didn't have a shower so we swapped rooms with our children who the doidnt have a shower so had to come acreoss the halway foe a shower. Thee bath didn't even have an attachment to hang up for a shower over the bath. Didn't like plastic cups in bathroom

Pros: Excellent location - bus and tram stops are max 3 mins away, the main square is 10-15 mins by foot. Super clean room, the staff was amazing, the food is delicious (but with very limited choices), except that when they are cooking the whole hotel smells (plus our room). When we checked-in they gave us a coupon (i believe it was 15% off in the restaurant, which was one time use only). Overall very pleasant stay!!!

Cons: When they cooked in the restaurant the whole hotel smelled (plus our room). The ventilation in the bathroom didnt work and because of that i accidentally activated the fire alarm (because of the steam)

Perfect value for the price

Pros: The girl in the front desk was amazing! The location as well!

Cons: They have a few stairs to get inside the hotel that might be complicated for people with reduced mobility. I had 2 big luggages and it wasn't a problem for me, but thinking in my parents it could have been complicated for them.
