Pros: Location in The Jewish Quarter was ideal. Rooms spacious, well equipped and warm. Staff friendly & helpful.

Overall a great stay and would recommend, sadly most Reception staff let themselves down.

Pros: Great location, close to Old Town. Nice Hotel great value for money, with great Breakfast! Nice Reception area to chill.

Cons: With the exception of Ksenia all of the other Receptionists were really unwelcoming. They never acknowledged us when we left the hotel for the day nor when we arrived back at the hotel. On our second day I made a huge point of greeting them as I went past which they acknowledged but on the 3rd day ignored us again when I failed to say anything. Ksenia was great however, the only one who provided us with a warm welcome!

Pros: The staff is helpfull and nice. The place is close to everything, super market and restaurats are right on the street.

Cons: The place don't have a private parking,the parking is on the street but it's not cheap at all. I got room in 01 flor its like a basement, the window small and high.

We enjoyed New Year party in the hotel. Good band , played nice music , we got room before 5 am

Pros: Breakfast was ok , location 15 min walk to the main square in Krakow .

Cons: Room was clean but very small, not fridge in the room , even small one.

Pros: Everything was good the room was warm, the shower was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room itself was amazing and definitely would stay again.

Nice hotel in city centre

Pros: The place was very clean and the room was very nice. It was close to centre. And the staff was very helpful.

Cons: There is no parking at tge premise and the closest parking area was some 15mins away by walk. They suggest not to park in the street close by but there was parking in the surrounding streets.
