Pros: An amazing hotel, from a beautiful and comfortable room to very friendly polite and helpful staff, it would be hard to beat. We have stayed in dozens of hotels around the World, and this one rates at the very top. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Dinner in the Amarylis restaurant was wonderful. Rooms are comfortable.

Cons: The Hotel is much smaller than the photos published on website. No bar or lounge area, only a arrival lounge behind reception.

A very good one overall. Hotel is very close indeed to Jewish quarter

Pros: Excellent breakfast except first day when we got no attention, no menu, girls were standing chatting. But food selection exceptional. Reception staff very courteous and helpful at all times.

Cons: Spa was unattended and we booked the sauna and then things like teapot empty and no hot water for tea. We would expect some kind of welcome in a spa. Tea in room is a big plus for me but there was no milk option and I drink tea with milk. We thought of booking at the restaurant but didn't in the end as it is in the same room as breakfast and for that price would not expect that. Also they were closed on the day we arrived which was New Year's Day and in a hotel would not expect that. We asked for recommendations for an alternative dinner and they were reluctant to give them although there were one or two good restaurants minutes away - they could have been more helpful on our first night when we arrived late at the hotel.
