Pros: Hotel was clean and staff friendly. We were given a free upgrade when we arrived and had a beautiful apartment.

Great hotel with huge rooms in perfect location

Pros: Great hotel with reception open 24/7, the rooms are huge and the location is perfect, between the old town and the Kazimierz district. My husband celebrated his birthday while at the hotel and they gifted him a bottle of prosecco, very much appreciated!

Cons: There was a spiderweb in the bathroom.
