Very good value for the money - being outside the main down the price was more competitive.

Pros: The range of foods available for breakfast and quality was very good. The room was clean, bigger than we expected and laid out/furnished nicely

Cons: The fried eggs in the restaurant were a little overcooked and could have been freshly prepared more often when filling up the serving dish/container.

Excellent, all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Pros: Everything was ideal for our trip to Krakow, the location a deal for both the old town and the Jewish centre, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, beds and pillows very comfortable. I liked the fact we could just book breakfast on the days that we wanted them. The Bar/Lounge was a pleasant place to have a nightcap after a busy day sightseeing.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of krakow but so quiet. You can relax relax after a day of sights

Pros: Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet room. Location was perfect. In the the heart of krakow but so peaceful.

Cons: I had to change rooms because of an unpleasant smell from the bathroom but it was dealt with and I was moved to a diff ent room.

Well worth it

Pros: The price was very good value for the quality of the accommodation; it was 15 min walk from the Old Town and less than 10 mins from the Jewish Quarter. Received a complimentary upgrade which was a nice touch. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Excellent hotel in a great location

Pros: Check was easy, staff very friendly and helpful, room was lovely, warm and spotlessly clean, lovely addition of a water fountain on each floor so you can fill up your water bottle, bathroom had underfloor heating. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, you could order omelettes, and the rest of the choice was fresh and excellent. Overall an excellent stay in a great location would highly recommend and we would stay again 😊
