No hot water in Winter

Pros: Great location, pleasant room even though no external windows, only sky light blocked with snow, good wifi Front of house and bar staff very helpful Modern interiors

Cons: Persistent lack of warm water (let alone hot), repeated attempts to fix only worked on last day of stay Service at breakfast very poor even though hardly any guests at that time of year Parking turned out to be on street wherever you could find it (only one subground hotel space), which seems misleading

Just a perfect place to stay at

Pros: Lovely staff, beautiful room, location is amazing as it is in the city centre, everything is new and clean, but still so comfortable and warm. We absolutely loved our say here and would recommend as a place to stay while in Krakow.

A peaceful respite after spending most of the day at the airport

Pros: We loved the fact that we turned up after midnught as our flight was cancelled and the guys in reception were exceptionally kind and entertaining! Our room was a cosy haven and the shower fab.

Brilliant location for all attractions.

Pros: Excellent location for all the tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Breakfast was ok, but should be improved. Took a long time to come, missed items, seemed to be a common theme.

Pros: Everything! Location is perfect, easy walking distance to the Main Square and Kazimierz! Hotel is immaculate, beautifully designed, ultra modern and rooms are super clean, uber comfortable and incredibly quiet!
