Pros: Lovely staff, helpful lady at the desk with taxis back to the airport and speaking Polish to the taxi drivers. Accommodated my very late check in.

Cons: Room was good, but definetly needed more heating/blankets. Even with window and curtains closed it was very cold so additional or thicker blankets would have been great. Didn't use the shower so can't comment on effectiveness Location was good but quite far from centre but nothing can be done about that, not really a criticism Breakfast booked but also didn't use so can't comment either

Very Good

Pros: Location is very good. If u like to sleep longer and afraid miss breakfast, no worries, many good spots to eat around. The room was good, but the soundproofing between the rooms was poor. Staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you :)

Cons: I think the breakfast selection could be bigger, but like I mentioned, there are plenty of places nearby where you can eat cheaply.

Pros: The staff where so helpful, the place was very clean, rooms had everything we needed except kettle

Cons: Haven't to go downstairs all the time for a cup of tea but other from that good service

Pros: Excellent location, very close to Kazimierz and the old town. Comfortable room. Helpful and polite staff. The bathroom needs some renovation. I recommend the hotel for a short stay and hope to stay there again.

Cons: Basic breakfast, poor wifi, limited selection of TV channels.

Pros: Prijeten, mahjen hotel, relativno ok lokacija, na pol med kongresnim centrom in starim delom mesta.

Cons: Staro, vse je staro, prepriga v sobi ni bila posesana, veliko smeti je bilo pod posteljo.

Secesja Hotel was ideal for a short stay thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Krakow was amazing.

Pros: The location was brilliant. Substantial breakfast and the rooms were very big and clean every thing worked. Free drinks available all the time. Super large bed.

Cons: The hotel in general was very hot. 🥵 The lift was slow and noisy and it only went to the 5th floor and there was 6. Pillows all different sizes.
