Pros: Food in the restaurant was delicious. Very spacious bathroom, good water pressure, great quality shower gel.

Cons: Bedding. Too small bed sheet, no materasse protector, very thin duvet, flat pillows.

Pros: We secured this place at 01:00 after a delayed flight out of the city finally got cancelled and the airline failed to provided accommodation. On arrival, the lovely receptionist stayed very calm in the face of lots of exhausted and frustrated passengers and was lovely to each and every one of us. The morning receptionist even allowed us a late checkout free of charge before our re-scgeduled flight the next day. Breakfast was as nice as expected and while a little dark and dingy, the room was clean, the beds were comfy and the room was quiet. Only 7km from the airport which cost after 20£ in an airport taxi in the middle of the night but then about 9£ Uber the following afternoon. Would highly rate this place for it's staff and availability.

Good value - just need to work on their service

Pros: Good value for money and close to the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons: The morning receptionist was very rude as I asked her if she could oder me a taxi to the airport. It was clearly an inconvenience for her.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffee was delicious, although I would like to point out that some days they did not allow guests to go eat on a terrace - only for extra charge (not sure why some days were different than others).

Cons: We booked kingsize bed, but it was just two separate beds pushed together. Even cover mattresses were separate, so it did not feel nothing like sleeping on kingsize bed - felt like sleeping on two separate beds. Wifi in the room was also bad, so if we wanted to use Internet, it was more convenient to go to hotel lobby to use the internet.

Great value for money

Pros: Location is perfect for access to the airport and also not too far into the city centre. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Pros: The location is very good it's only 10 minutes drive to the airport and half an hour to the city centre. Plenty of parking space.

Comprehensive hotel located close to airport

Cons: Pillows were hard but it’s individual and maybe to consider pillows selection in hotel.

Pros: The rooms are small, simple, but tidy. What we liked the most was the staff – the whole team was very helpful, polite, and always had a smile on their faces. We really enjoyed the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. We also appreciated that it was possible to have lunch and dinner on site. The food was not only extremely tasty but also beautifully presented, and the staff was wonderful – not only polite and friendly, but also very helpful. Since we were staying with my aunt, who has walking difficulties, they brought the food directly to the room. The hotel is in a quiet location. It was also great that the reception is open 24 hours a day.

Decent

Pros: Decent location, free parking, facilities inside are good

Cons: The bed was awful, me and my partner were sleeping and were bending the inside (note. I weight 90, partner 60)
