Apartment was spotless and very well located. Very good value for money.

Pros: It a little complicated to get in to the apartment as we were late getting to Krakow. We had to phone and pay a deposit before we could get the code to get in the apartment as we couldn't make it to the office on time.

Cons: If the instructions were a little clearer on the website it would have been helpful.

Really enjoyed our time & would love to go back

Pros: Locations was amazing; walking distance from majority of places we wanted to go too and it was very clean.

Cons: The check in & check out was at the hotel and it 30mins away from the apartment

Perfect in every possible way, for a visit to Krakow.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs; close to the local train station, close to a supermarket and only about a 15 minute walk from the 'old town', so perfect in every way to visit the beautiful city of Krakow. It was very well appointed, with every possible piece of cutlery, crockery, glassware (including vodka shot glasses) and cookware, that would ever be needed. There was also a small family size dishwasher and washing machine available to use, complete with washing tablets for both, supplied. We did have a slight problem with the washing machine door latch, which was sorted within a couple of hours, by the company's 'handy man' popping by on a Sunday morning and sorting it for us. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Cons: Having to leave after 4 nights at the apartment :-(

Good value for money comfortable accommodation - a short walk from Krakow old town

Pros: Spotlessly clean and with all comforts. The keypad entry was perfect for our group who could come an go as they pleased without having to share keys.

Cons: Felt uncomfortable with the deposit taking process - but all worked out. Would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge and a few more coffee pods - but no big deal.

Beautiful apartment but with poor air conditioning

Pros: Almost everything was good: apartment, location, facilities.

Cons: It was difficult to enter entrance code, you should mention, that press the button really slow and than you will open doors, also apartment are super noice of the trains in front of the bedrooms, can’t open the window. But if you could have air conditioner it could be problem solution, because it was ultra too hot to sleep.

A reasonable priced and comfortable place to stay but check in could be made easier and highlighted issues addressed

Pros: Well furnished and nicely designed apartment. Great location to reach the centre easily. Nice balcony. Thoughtful amenities and facilities in house.

Cons: Did not like that only after booking I was informed that to pick up the key to the apartment we needed to go 2km away from the apartment to the hotel. There were no keys anyway, it’s electronic entry so we don’t understand why they could just not email the entry instructions like many other places do in Krakow. So it was not a comfortable or easy check in. Half of the side of bed was creaking. So everytime one of us moved at night it woke the other person up. And the bedroom door was creaking too. So it wasn’t the most peaceful of night’s sleep There was also a musty smell in the whole apartment, and the front room smelt quite bad at times almost like the sewage pipes in the building needs cleaning, and some areas (like the bathroom) could do with a better clean (for example, there is a small black stain in the corner of the shower floor) Though nothing can be done about location, the fact that it’s almost above Zabka meant that it was quite noisy from people hanging around outside the shop in the evening.

Pros: Przestronność, apartament wyposażony w niezbędny sprzęt

Cons: Parking. Na stronie booking jest napisane, że prywatny parking na miejscu, parking w garażu. Jednak do aparatamentu nie przynależą żadne miejsca parkingowe - a nie ukrywam, kierowałam się tym podczas wyboru miejsca noclegowego. Druga rzecz to okno w jednej z sypialni. Okno wychodzi na ogólny korytarz w apartamentowcu, bez możliwości przewietrzenia pokoju. Zostaje jedynie klimatyzacja, która jest dość głośna, i np. Dla mnie powodowała problemy z zaśnięciem .

Cons: Televizijos pultelis sunkiai veikia

Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung, wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Pros: Sehr zentral gelegen, alles war fußläufig oder mit Tram zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet. Es war sogar Kaffee vorhanden. Der Supermarkt war gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben die Abende auf dem Balkon sehr genossen.

Cons: Das Einchecken war etwas umständlich, wenn man sich in Krakau nicht auskennt.
