Pros: Everything was incredible. It looks like a fairytale online and in real life it is even better. We had the most peaceful and relaxing couple of nights. Looking forward to returning to see another season. Staff were all incredibly friendly.

Good hotel, but not actually 5* experience

Pros: Beautiful hotel on top of the hill (wouldn’t really call it a mountain) with friendly staff

Cons: We had a couple of issues during our 3 night stay: - asked for two down pillows before the stay via booking. When arrived, we didn’t have them in the room. Then asked again at the reception, however still received one pillow instead of two - spa doesn’t really do massages. Woman I had an appointment with said she’s not a fysiotherapist, so she can do only relaxing massage - a la carte breakfast wasn’t tasty. Seemed that the dishes are created to look good not actually taste good - on the last day I asked for yogurt with granola (from a la carte menu), they brought dry granola with berries and jam. No yogurt, so had to ask for it separately. They brought me a half empty bowl. All of it was weird and not 5* service

Pros: I cannot compliment the staff enough. Every single staff member we saw, encountered, and spoke with were exceptional. Smiling, friendly, helpful and engaging. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. I cannot remember everyone's names but a special mention to Mary who helped us check in a little early, Oilver who helped with our bags, and Peter who offered such good advice and helped organise transport for us over several days/nights. We really relied on staffs use of English and everyone was superb. The venue itself is beautiful, clean, warm views are lovely and the food was divine. The drinks and cocktails and staff recommendations were perfect.
