Comfortable and pleasant!

Pros: Accommodation was simply perfect and especially shift manager made everything to make my staying comfortable! Especially breakfast is amazing! Highly recommended to stay here!

Great hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel. The rooms were perfect and the bathroom was gorgeous. It was lovely and clean at all times. We stayed for 4 nights. Was extremely quiet through the night. The hotel was always lovely and warm too. The staff were lovely.

Cons: We paid for breakfast one morning and honestly it was awful and no way was it worth the money. If the breakfast was of a better standard and quality with a better range this would have been a first class hotel. Really does need looked at. It was a good walk to the main square but at the same time it was a lovely walk so I didn't mind it at all. In all this hotel was excellent value for money and most importantly for me it was very clean.

A relaxing and easy stay that made our trip to Krakow even more enjoyable.p

Pros: The hotel is modern, very clean, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the beds are excellent, and everything felt very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. The location is convenient: the city centre can be reached easily in a short walk or quick ride, and the route to the airport is straightforward as well. Breakfast offered a good variety and the common areas were pleasant to spend time in.

Cons: N/A I liked the hotel a lot!

Hyatt Place is High Class

Pros: Everything about the Hotel was excellent. Only 2.2km from Old Town and 19 mins from airport. The Bolt taxi App was a godsend as taxis would arrive instantly and cost very little. Did and drink weren't extortionate as some hotels can be. Really very little fault could be found.

Cons: There was a bit of a mix up on checking out, regarding an outstanding balance, but that all s sorted quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
