Please do something with those taxi scammers... because it ruins such a great experience.

Pros: Stuff was incredibly nice and helpfull for anything we needed :) Room was silent and clean, good breakfast, nice pool and table tennis area. Thank you!

Cons: The taxi which was ordered by this hotel was a scammer. I paid 37 euros to get to the airport... and my colleagues from another hotel nearby paid 13 for the same time/direction. Hotel said it will be ~25 euros (ok, fine...). So that was really bad taxi experience witch is the reason it was not perfect stay...

Pros: Everything. Just we did not try breakfast. Pool is small but good for refreshing. Playing areas for kids.

Cons: The price for parking is 1/3 price for room. I guess it is too pricy

Very nice and enjoyable

Pros: Everything was exactly as i expected, good breakfast, clean, warm, cozy, nice staff.

Cons: The pool, even if it is said that is according to the law, it was very very cold. It's not my first trip and not my first 4 stars hotel with a pool - too cold.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent! Hotel has big parking, that's always a plus!

Cons: Housekeeper didn't clean the room properly. Toilet was not cleaned at all. That could be little better!

Modern, clean, good staff, good breakfast, but out of the city centre

Pros: Room was modern and bright, with good non-fussy fittings and a good bathroom. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good. Overall, it's a little corporate, but you do know what you are going to get

Cons: Location between the city and the airport was good for functional reasons, but if you want to see the city then I would stay somewhere nearer the centre. The pool was closed when we visited

Great value for money hotel in good location. Very easy to access centre either by taxi or bus stop

Pros: Great value for money hotel. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 children. Room was a great size. We drove to the hotel and had a large secure car park. We just got an uber to the centre of the old town which was less than £5. The swimming pool was a hit with the children after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent too, lots of choice.

Cons: We stayed in the hotel on 31st December. It was cold and snowy night. There were some problems with the heating at the highest floor (11). We called the reception who sent the technicians who repaired it quickly.
