Pros: The property was really convenient. We booked it when we arrived late at night at Krakow Airport. Everything was good. We just wanted a nice shower, a comfortable bed, and some food and it had exactly what we needed. The shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable as well. We would have liked to stay longer if we had more time.

Cons: We don’t have any complaints about the accommodation.

As always, satisfied with the high level of service.

Pros: Stayed at this hotel several times. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped rooms with quite enough space for luggage and rest.

Cons: The window seal was not that airtight: some cold drafts (during the frosty night) and street noises penetrated the room (the window was facing the busy road). Can't say it was that notable, however it is worth paying attention to and fix, if possible, to improve user experience.

Pros: Breakfast was really nice, good selection of food. Helpful staff. Good location - Close to the airport and to the city centre.

Cons: Even though the booking was made for two adults and a child, we didn't get either towels or bed linen or even duvet in fact for our child. When asked, we were told normally the sofa bed cost extra (maybe it is , I didn't check to be honest but why would it if the booking was made for three?) we have received the bed linen but without duvet so couldn't use the sofa bed anyway and a towel but only one day, next day only two towels were provided. Overall , I feel that the child was basically forgot about.

Very nice holiday

Pros: I recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice, the room was very clean, the bed and the pilows were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had various type of food. Also they have a kitchen where you can have lunch or dinner. The burger and pizza are very delicious. Also, the hotel is very close to a commercial area with many stores.
