Pros: Modern and clean. Food was excellent and very good value.

Cons: Walls were thin. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours. Talking loudly and slamming doors which kept us awake

Pros: Room and bathroom were big and also very clean.Breakfast was delicious, we really enjoyed our stay.Your staff is very friendly and we were lucky to get our room even before usual check-in time.

Cons: Room walls are very thin, we didnt like at all very load wake up by the neigbours at 4am.

Pros: “A wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a spacious and very comfortable room. The bathroom was amazing and everything felt warm and cozy. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. The common areas were beautiful and well maintained, and free parking was a big plus. The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The location is also very convenient, only a 400-meter 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the city center in just four stops. I would definitely choose to stay here again.”

Pros: Short walk to the tram that takes you to the city centre, English speaking reception staff, very friendly and helpful! Very clean hotel and the breakfast was delicious

Pros: Everything was nice, clean, staff was nice and helpful. For breakfast there were a lot of options and it was delicious.

Cons: Only thing was poor internet connection, as it often disconnected or was not working properly.

Pros: Perfect location, just a short tram ride to the center. Groceries, restaurant, pub in walking distance (2 mins) Very clean, comfortable, nice staff. Huge room, comfy bed. You can open the window. The breakfast is gorgeous. Free parking. All these at very good price.

Cons: No such thing. Maybe a bar/minibar.

Enjoyable 4 day stay, close to old Krakow, worth a revisit

Pros: Comfortable and friendly with an excellent restaurant. Parking free and easy to use. Food in the restaurant was varied and well cooked. Parking in busy towns is an issue in Poland for the uninitiated but Uber works well and is inexpensive unlike the taxis.

Cons: Not a big issue but the bar is part of the restaurant and staffed by the restaurant to meet demand, so patience is needed. Also no draught beer but the bottled was nice.
