Enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Staff is excellent and helped us book tours for hard to get to tickets to places. Public transportation is easily accessible. Nice and quiet hotel.

Cons: Internet. We should be able to have great Internet. I had a virtual meeting scheduled and expected that a logon would be easy, but it was not. I had to go into the hallway and disturbed another guest. Fortunately, the meeting was mid-morning, so no one was asleep.

Amazing atmosphere and great location.

Pros: The area was really calm and quiet, amazing park in front, it was very clean and the atmosphere was really great. The breakfast was amazing!

Cons: The parking cost was fairly high.

Pros: The room was very clean, the staff was nice and it was quiet.

Cons: The furniture is a bit old and the pillows and mattress should be changed.

Pros: Comfortable, clean Rooms, big bathroom, beautiful interior, friendly and helpful staff. good breakfast options.

Cons: The tram to the city center is a few minutes away, so prepare to walk a bit, if you're not coming by car. But if you've researched before booking, you know that.

Pros: We had a pleasant stay, the Hotel is in a quiet area.not super far from the city centre. Room was tidy and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great, coffee and scrambled eggs were just perfect. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Cons: The size of room was reasonable with very great bathroom with a nice shower.

Pros: Hotel was clean, warm and cosy . I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . Fair price good food and excellent service from staff at the restaurant( they gone above and beyond to make sure I receive good service) Staff at the reception desk could be more nicer and available ( I had a situation where I have approached a staff with a small question and she rolled her eyes at me and breathed deeply unnecessarily) other members on reception was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Internet connection at the start was very poor but after reporting this problem to reception it got resolved next day .

Good place to be

Pros: The hotel is cozy and warm, what was very important as the weather during our stay was chilly. Especially we were enjoying it during breakfasts as the veranda is bright and comfy. The hotel is clean, with all necessary bath supplies, even bathrobes and slippers. Nice staff at the reception and restaurant, they speak English well too. Good selection of food for breakfast. The restaurant where it was served looks nice and inviting, but we didn't have a chance to try it (except the breakfast) during our 3-nights stay as we had our agenda fully packed till late evenings. Parking, own garden and a large park just around the corner.

Cons: In our room, one mattress wasn't great as the springs were already popping through. Pillows could have been softer too. Also, the shower could unexpectedly change to boiling hot or freezing cold. Those are just minor uncritical things. After all, we only regret we didn't have time to try the restaurant.

Beautiful, cosy little hotel on the outskirts of Kraków

Pros: A piece of beauty on the outskirts of Kraków named by a Polish hero who played an important role in the American war of independence as well. Nice and comfortable rooms, cosy atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional. I could only recommend this hotel.
