Pros: Location was great, Joanna extremely kind and tended to all our needs

Cons: A minor problem, we were told that the towels would be changed the third day but they were not. I don't know if this had to do with the fact that it was Sunday.

Great krakow stay !

Pros: Fabulous stay in Ermine suites to celebrate the new year . clean and spacious. Perfectly located just behind main square. We have visited krakow on many occasions over the years - this apartment and location is best ! Will definitely return
