Great and affordable place at the Old Town
Pros: It’s close to the main attractions, right at the Old Town. Great food close by, the hosts are super sweet and helpful. Official check-in is from 14.00 but they let us check in before 11.00 already since our room was ready and we let them know that we’re coming early. The room was perfect for 2 people, the beds were comfortable.
Cons: The walls are thin, so it’s easy to hear what’s going on outside or in the other rooms so I wouldn’t recommend it to people with all kids or loght sleepers but we were fine.

Pros: The location in winter is simply perfect for fairs and the center of all attractions
Cons: The windows overlooked the main street of the fair and it was noisy every night.

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Krakow. Easy and simple to use.
Cons: Noise from outside street pubs during weekends. Noise cancelling headphones recommended. Towels could be softer.

I was only there for about 8 hours, but the hotel more than fulfilled my needs for then.
Pros: I liked the ease of checking in using codes, especially as I got into Krakow late at night and wanted to get to my room as quickly as possible. On a similar note, I felt very safe because there was three levels of security (2 door entry code and a key). The facilities were clean and nice and I used the kettle to boil water for some instant ramen. I also appreciated how each bed came with a throw blanket for added comfort.
Cons: I did think the room was a bit chilly. I had to use both throw blankets provided -- it was a good thing that I was traveling alone so they were both available. Also, I will note that the walls were a bit thin, both between rooms and between the inside and outside. At night I could hear people chattering outside (I didn't realize that this street was the most popular for night life -- keep that in mind!), and in the morning I could hear people waking and moving around.

Pros: The hotel has a distinct Polish heritage vibe. I had a fabulous chimney in the room. Additionally, I would like to emphasise the exceptional cleanliness of the room. All mixers' knobs were clean, the sheets were extremely clean and white, and the floor was extra clean. Cudos to the maid, she did exceptional work!

Pleasantly surprised
Pros: The property was in a great location, only a short walk from the main Square. The train station was about 15 minutes walk making it easy to get from and to the airport. The host was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Value for money was great.
Cons: The noise was a little loud from the street below. However, I was aware of this prior to booking and being a deep sleeper it didn’t bother me too much.

Overall satisfied.
Pros: Location and easy directions to follow using google maps from Glowny train station. My flight arrived in the evening after 7pm and it was simple to travel by train (costing 20 zloty) to Krakow Glowny station then walk 15 minutes across to the apartment. Right opposite is a mini-market opened till late that you can grab a variety of sandwiches, juices, provisions, etc in case of late arrival. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, basic cutlery for guests use in each of the two different dining areas. My first ever visit in Poland
Cons: The stairs can be a bit challenging if you have heavy or bulky luggage. Some rooms may suffer more loud noise from the streets at night. For My room was 10 and the noise not that severe.

Comfortable stay in the center
Pros: Excellent location, nice, comfortable double 2 bed room. With easy check in and check out process, that was very nicely described before arrival. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The room was on the street side and could hear all the noise until late night, even though the windows were closed.

Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Kraków—Know What to Expect
Pros: This hotel delivers exactly what it advertises—nothing more, nothing less. Located right in the center of Kraków, just steps from the main square and at a very reasonable price, it offers a spacious en suite room with a king-size bed and—in our case—a view of a lower courtyard whose silence and tranquility eclipse the bustle of the street outside. This makes up for the fact that the courtyard itself isn’t exactly charming—honestly, it’s a bit unattractive. The place is comfortable. Yes, it’s old, and you know that before booking—that’s its style. If that’s not really your thing, maybe it’s better to look for something more modern outside the Old Town. But for me, it worked just fine. The bathroom had good water pressure and consistent temperature. The hotel also has a common dining area, and you can simply go to the Żabka convenience store across the street. I recommend it—you just need to know what to expect.
Cons: Communication with the accommodation was somewhat limited, slow, and distant. It’s not like I was constantly asking questions, but I understand they have specific hours during which they respond. Outside of those hours, there’s simply no feedback. Check in and code/keys/door management can be crazy but you get used to it. Just remember not to close the outside door.
