Pros: Perfect location for exploring Krakow. My room was very comfortable and clean. Located on a busy street but I didn't hear any noise from my room on the top floor. I slept soundly

The best place in Krakov

Pros: Everything. I was traveling alone first time in Poland and I found the staff absolutely lovely, helping me in everything I needed, super kind, the location absolutely great, it even had an atm right under the hotel. I super highly recommend it.

Very enjoyable stay

Pros: The location was excellent, near lots of restaurants and bars. Shower good size with very good pressure. Room very clean, had small fridge and lots of tea/coffee. Very clean. Price was really reasonable. Good choice at breakfast

Cons: The pillow was a bit too soft but I think that’s probably my personal preference and it wasn’t so bad that I asked for more. I would have liked bigger towels but I think that’s probably a me thing again

Pros: Very close to the Christmas markets, restaurants, 24hr shop right beside the hotel, as well as being a 5 minute walk away from public transport. Rooms were big, and clean, there’s a restaurant in the hotel, and the staff were super nice, helpful and friendly.

Pros: We loved our stay here. Close to everything. Central to where you want to be

Cons: The only thing that maybe help our experience in Residence 9 and is very minor..would have been leaving guests like us some milk for their tea/coffee. Especially guests travelling from afar and not aware of where and how to get what they might need. But this is only minor. Thank you to Martina a lovely staff member greeted us and we had a lovely breakfast one of the mornings. Thanks again.
