Pros: The location was very good next to the christmas market old town

Cons: The hotel was generally good and the staff were nice. However, the cleaning was not done properly. When the housekeeping staff came to clean the room, the bathroom was still dirty. Also, the room has an old wooden floor that makes a loud noise when walking on it, and the floor is slightly uneven and tilted, which was uncomfortable

Pros: Location is absolutely fantastic, just one street behind the main square. Room was spacious and clean, and the mini fridge was a much appreciated extra. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and storing my fathers wheelchair in the reception area so that we didn’t have to carry it to the second floor

Highly recommended hotel in Old Town

Pros: Great location its right in Old Town, didnt hear any noise in rooms next/above room. The twin room we stayed had nearly everything, beds are comfy, good bathroom facility, tv, fridge but it doesnt have air conditioning, but we had a fan which helped a lot as room was very warm. Receptionists are all young but they are all very good and very competent at their jobs. Communication is clear and helped me in all my queries before and during our stay. Good price too.

Pros: Comfortable room, although too soft beds. No elevators - could be a problem for people with physical limitations. The hotel is close to the main square (Rynek Glowny)

Cons: You cannot reach the hotel by car and cannot park on the close main street (Franciszkanska) despite payment - we got a fine - parking on the street is possible beyond the tram crossing (farer from the center). There is information presented, but only in Polish.

Pros: 69 / 5 000 Excellent location close to the main square and the main attractions of the city. Interesting accommodation in the historical building. Suitable for 3 night stay.

Cons: Considering the price of the accommodation, the breakfast menu did not seem to be varied enough for a longer stay.

Cons: The lack of a lift may be a problem for some but we got assistance with carrying the bags up the stairs so it was not a problem for us.
