Pros: l9cation excellent, had everything we needed, staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Everything was fine, great value for money.

Overall the stay was good the location was excellent and the hosts were helpful and friendly just needed a little

Pros: Excellent location close to main square. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and friendly.

Cons: The towels were old, hard and not very clean looking and the size of them were very small. We had to ask for them to be replaced. The tea and coffee didn’t get replenished during our stay either.

Pros: The hotel was superb with its location so close to the square.The room was spotlessly clean and was spacious with lovely high ceilings and also lovely warm room temperature. Mohammed who owned the hotel was absolutely excellent with us...he was so helpful and especially with my elderly parents with their needs...he couldn't do enough for us.We would highly recommend staying here.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Easy and practical for pedestrians

Pros: Very practical position for the main square attractions. Easy and good local transport

Cons: No reception no personal contact. At night a bit noisy. A kettle but no tea,coffee or drinking water

Great Place for City Fans !

Pros: Location is Great ! Especially if You coming to Krakow without car. Just go outside the entance door and feel the City !!! And Central Railway station very close . And cafe, shops just behind the door.

Cons: The walls are thin, it sounds through !

Best experience in the most central location. Hosts were very kind, generous and hospitable.

Pros: Excellent position beautiful room which was bright and spacious. Hosts were very generous with their time and advice. Would give this experience the highest praise for service and hospitality.

Pros: We loved the location and the room was really spacious and with great light.

Cons: We liked everything, it could have helped to have sopa and conditioner since it is now difficult having to travel super light. One extra face towel would have helped, we only had one to share.

Brilliant location, excellent room, lovely staff and all round great value for money

Cons: Everything was really good but if I had to make a suggestion, I would suggest installing a sensor light on the first stairwell up to the hotel as it gets dark at night.

Great location, big comfy bed, great shower.

Pros: Spotless, great big comfortable bed, shower was very powerful and hot which was great after long days outside. Very welcoming hosts too who was very informative. Apartment is in a great location and for my first solo holiday I was really glad I stayed where I did.

Cons: Maybe an email with instructions on how to enter the apartment when you arrive would be good. The gentleman working in the shop downstairs was very helpful though.

Pros: In an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the Market Square. Clean room, with a fridge & comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Only negative would be the coffee was a 3 in 1 sachet, so you're stuck if you don't take sugar or milk.
