I had a lovely stay!

Pros: The location was perfect, right in the center of the old town! It was close to several attractions, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The room was really cozy and clean.

Pros: A really lovely hotel, the staff were great, room was perfect for the price, comfy bed, powerful shower and you are provided with towels / body wash / hairdryer which for the price is always a bonus.

Fantastic central location, comfortable room

Pros: The apartment was clean, spacious and right in the centre of the old town. Very convenient for shops and sightseeing. Even with the central location, the apartment was quiet. The staff at the Santi hotel were very helpful for taxi bookings and restaurant recommendations.

Cons: The bed could have been larger or at least the duvet bigger. We also could have used an extra blanket.

Great central location with easy access to transport, attractions and food.

Pros: Great facilities close to old town, perfect for tourists. The room was great, had all facilities required and was clean. The breakfast in the main building was very good too with friendly staff that were happy to speak English if you struggled to speak Polish like me.

Cons: The main door for the room had frosted glass. This looks good until night when the corridor light shines through. Not a big deal, but some blinds or curtains could help out.

It was a perfect spot for our last night in Krakow and close to the tram for our transfer to the train and flight home.

Pros: Comfortable and relaxing, a little oasis in the thick of vibrant old town. A hidden gem.

Cons: A few more items for having some refreshments would be helpful.

Great stay

Pros: Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfy. Tea and coffee in the room was a welcome sight! Location was ideal as well 🙂 Staff were super helpful letting us charge phones and store baggage after we'd checked out

Very happy with the location of the hotel.

Pros: The location was just perfect. On the main street of the Old Town, a breath away from the main square, lots of options for food/shopping around. Walking distance to just about everything....

Cons: Our room was located on the second floor and, alas, there is no lift!!!
