Krakow is an attractive city with an excellent transport system.

Pros: Excellent location in the old town, a minutes walk at most from the main square. Small but comfortable room with coffee making facilities, a fridge and shower. This is the second time I have stayed here and have found it good value. It is not luxurious but all I need is a clean, comfortable bed and a bathroom. We asked for another pillow each which were supplied promptly.

Cons: The bathroom radiator didn't work so it seemed cold on entering. We left the door open to the bedroom for the heat to move through from the bedroom.

Pros: Perfectly placed for the main square. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Perfect location and all that we needed

Pros: Absolutely perfect location. Opened up essentially on the old town square and was so easy to find

Cons: There was no plug on the sink which did cause a bit of an unpleasant smell from the drain

Pros: The location and price were great. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Stairs only as we were on the top floor. Heating wasn't the best.

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect for all the sites in Krakow. The room was beautifully clean and the communication from the staff was brilliant.

Best location and value for the price

Pros: Seamless check-in and check-out. Room exceeded expectations: very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location and value for the price can't be beat. I had a room facing the garden and noise level was minimal.

Cons: There was no sink stopper/drain cover in the bathroom sink, and the smell from the pipes made the entire bathroom smell a bit musty/earthy. It wasn't unbearable, just a little unpleasant.

Pros: Location was amazing. Apartment was just what we needed for our stay.

Cons: Bathroom had a leak from the sink that covered the bathroom floor. We caught a cleaner who contacted reception and when we arrived back it looked fixed. This was not the case and we noticed it leaking again. Also the smell in the bathroom was not good.
