Expensive hotel but worth it, perfect location for a city break in Krakow.

Pros: The room had lovely decor, very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Could hear lots from other rooms especially early mornings which woke us up. Staff were extremely rude on arrival and when we wanted things- but found this across the most of Krakow

Absolutely loved it, I would book that exact room again.

Pros: It was in a really good location with great breakfast and the executive suite with Jacuzzi bath was amazing.

Cons: The restaurant was only open until 12:00 noon.

Luxury stay at a great price

Pros: Literally 5 min walk from square (if that) so perfect location. We paid £185 each Mon-Fri for superior deluxe room which is excellent value. Lovely jacuzzi bath once we figured out how it worked and they kept us stocked up with clean towels, shower gel, shampoo etc. Room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Had everything you needed and more (fridge, TV with Netflix, even cooking facilities if you fancy a meal in).

Cons: This is really nit picky but the step in the bath is in the way/ reduces capacity of bath. I understand step is useful for washing children etc but could be placed somewhere which isn’t directly under shower head as water splashed from it and made it bit harder to shower.

Pros: Hi the room was a good size and very clean , the location was 5 mins from the main square and the staff were very efficient

Cons: We got poached eggs that weren't properly cooked or maybe that's how they eat them in Poland I'm not sure but the restaurant was very nice and the girl who served us was very polite

Convenient overnight

Pros: Great location just off the main square. Reception helped us book a local restaurant and stored our luggage after check out. The two bedroom apartment was great for 3 adults.

Cons: The twin beds felt a little narrow

Top class

Pros: Location of the property to the main square is amazing. Everything you need is within a 10minute walk. Rooms are top quality for money, big, spacious. We had the suite and the hot tub/bath was amazing. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and for a little extra charge i git chocolates and birthday banner/balloons put up which made her feel special. Second year running we have been here. And i would return again.

Cons: The only one thing i would say to improve on is the pillows aren’t great. But i think that shows how good this place is as that is the only downfall i could find.

Great choice

Pros: Location and style of accommodation was excellent.

Cons: Television sound could not be altered in room 403.

Pros: The aparthotel was amazing. It was very well-appointed and had all the amenities promised. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the main market square and close to a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and cafes. It was easy to walk everywhere in the Old Town. We'll definitely be back here if we come back to visit again.
